add research was founded by Mo Abbasi. He studied Business English at the University of Giessen (Diplom Business English) and worked as a student researcher for several well-known headhunters while he was still studying. After graduating, he worked as a key account manager for a consumer goods company before founding the company in 2006.
add research originally worked as a research service provider for direct search, as our name already suggests. In particular, small and medium-sized personnel consultancies used our expertise in direct search and were able to successfully fill numerous vacancies with our support. Some of these partnerships with other consulting firms continue to this day, as Joachim Schronen's customer testimonial proves. Through these partnerships, we have been able to gain extensive experience in attracting talent in various industries.
