add research was founded in 2006 by Mohammad Abbasi. After studying Business English at the University of Giessen, he gained initial experience in direct recruitment at renowned recruitment consultancies and subsequently worked as a key account manager in the consumer goods industry. His passion for executive search and the targeted approach to specialists and executives led him to found his own company.
