add research was founded in 2006 by Mohammad Abbasi. After studying business English at the University of Giessen and gaining initial experience as a student researcher at renowned personnel consultancies, he decided to start his own company. He had previously worked as a key account manager in the consumer goods industry.

Originally working as a research service provider for direct recruitment, add research supported small and medium-sized recruitment consultancies in particular in successfully filling open positions. This expertise laid the foundation for our current positioning as a specialized recruitment consultancy for medical technology.
